Nirvikalpa

The state of Nirvikalpa which is our hankering is achievable. This is the state which we have mention in all the previous videos. It is just the beginning of the higher ascent. In this video Shri Mataji show to us the attitude needed to achieve it, as well as the sings of this state.

1. The only way to keep our Sahasrara open is the complete surrendering. The complete surrendering of all our limitations and problems. For that, the first is to understand and know ourselves completely. Only keeping the attention all the time inside ourselves, and watching when comes any conditioning, fear, doubt, ego, etc, we can surrender it in this precise time.

2. Keeping the Sahasrara open we establish the state of Nirvikalpa. If we are not able to keep all the time the attention watching what is happening inside ourselves, the attention will try to go to the left or right channel, and then will be very difficult to keep the Sahasrara open. Then we’ll rise and go down, rise and go down , which limits our ascent quite a lot.

3. If we keep this tendency of our attention to go to the left or to the right we press the Sahasrara and don't allow it to open out. If we repeat this all the time the Divine remove his attention and then we experience an important decrease of the energy of ascent. Then we'll fell that the meditation is monotonous, we'll have very few experiences, and there will be a lot of thoughts.

4. We ourselves have to reach this state. To reach this state is important to take the firm decision of that. It is something very serious. Once we have taken this decision, trough the meditation, facing ourselves for 24 hours a day, we can jump to this state of great deepness in our spirituality.

5. Any excuse to take this decision is just an escape of our own limitations. Also there are other obstacles like persons who pull us back, possessions, critics... We should be aware about the things that try to avoid us from giving this jump to Nirvikalpa state, and we should remove completely our attention from these things.

6. In the state of Nirvikalpa there is not backward movement. We keep ourselves rising all the time and we don't fall back to our old tendencies of the left and right side. In this state our attention is fix in the sushuma nadi, where Kundalini flows all the time and give us a vertical grow. With this, every day becomes a very intense spiritual experience. Every day is a very deep meditation. Every day we discover new powers and treasures inside ourselves, and go ahead with firm step to our beloved Father Shri Sadashiva.

The work of Kundalini

In this video Mother explain in a very beautiful way the working of the Kundalini and the subtle system. Also describes some of the experiences that ones can feel in the state of deep meditation, as some points how to achieve it.

1. To achieve this state of deep meditation is essential the presence of Shri Ganesha. If we have to maintain the meditative state, kundalini has to keep rising, and for that is necessary the support of Shri Ganesha.

2. There are different experiences in the state of deep meditation; one of them is the state of kecheri. Mother said that very few Sahaja yogis have felt this state, and also that the reason for that is that we don't meditate. This is very important, because even if we think that we are meditating, if we don't achieve the state of deep meditation, actually we are not. It would be something very superficial and not very effective. This is the reason by which we still catch and have problems. Our attention should be in make the work of kundalini easier so that the chakras could be clean and finally we rise to the state of meditation. When we rise till the meditation state, we'll keep in this state permanently.

3. Only if we have peace inside ourselves and with the others, Kundalini will be able to rise higher and higher and will make us grow. If we have any conflict with any person in the collectivity, is not possible to establish this state in a full way. Without the collectivity we cannot grow in our spirituality.

4. Only when we grow in our spirituality and we touch the deepness of our divinity, the process of ascent is really established. To achieve this deepness the most important thing is how many times we have felt in our hearth the pure desire to ascent.
